Frunsez Kendricks Outlasts Dylan Sells at XFA Fight Night 5 in Thrilling Flyweight Debut

CROSSVILLE, TN –  The crowd inside the National Guard Armory was on their feet early as the second bout of the evening delivered a fast-paced and gritty showdown between two flyweight newcomers. In an amateur kickboxing clash that had the fans roaring through the first two rounds, Independent MMA’s Frunsez Kendricks emerged victorious over Crossville MMA’s Dylan Sells by unanimous decision at XFA Fight Night 5.

Both fighters were making their kickboxing debut inside the XFA cage, and neither showed any signs of hesitation in the opening minutes. Sells came out aggressive, pressing forward with sharp combinations and crisp low kicks. Kendricks responded with his own slick counters and effective use of range, keeping the exchanges competitive and intense.

The first two rounds were a back-and-forth battle, with each athlete landing significant strikes and putting on a show of speed, footwork, and toughness. The energy in the building was electric as fans cheered every flurry, head kick, and body shot.

After three hard-fought rounds, the judges rendered a unanimous decision in favor of Frunsez Kendricks, marking a strong debut performance and a promising start to his amateur kickboxing career.
