Crossville, TN - XFA BJJ 01 delivered its first ever youth superfight in the scenic backdrop of Cumberland Mountain State Park, showcasing the rising talent of the next generation of grapplers. The featured no-gi bout saw Crossville MMA’s Caleb Bayless take on Shotoforce BJJ’s Jakub Bulkowski in a highly anticipated debut for both young competitors. As the opening bell sounded, both teens wasted no time, engaging with intensity and composure beyond their years. The bout quickly hit the mat after Bulkowski attempted a takedown that Bayless capitalized on, pulling guard and setting up a series of aggressive submission attempts. From his back, Bayless showcased his jiu-jitsu IQ, chaining submissions and keeping Bulkowski off-balance. After threatening with multiple setups, Bayless locked in a tight triangle choke and transitioned beautifully to mount to seal the finish. The submission came just over the one-minute mark, earning Bayless a decisive and technical victory in his competitive debut.
