XFA LIVE 03: Stockwell and Wilder Collide for the Amateur Super Welterweight Title in Cookeville

Cookeville, TN –  The stage is set for a thrilling title clash in Cookeville as undefeated rising star Shawn Stockwell (2-0 MMA, 1-0 Kickboxing) takes on veteran Justin Wilder (1-5) for the XFA Amateur Super Welterweight Championship at XFA LIVE 03, held at Revolver of Cookeville on July 25th.

Fighting out of Crossville MMA, Stockwell has taken the XFA scene by storm. Since making his MMA debut in April at XFA 01 with a dominant finish over Chester Hall, he has maintained a perfect record—all victories coming by stoppage. He followed up with a statement performance against Gage Holt at XFA Fight Night 4 in May, solidifying himself as a dangerous finisher in the division. Now, with the momentum fully on his side, Stockwell looks to capture XFA gold for the first time.

Standing in his way is Justin Wilder of London Martial Arts, a battle-tested fighter whose record doesn’t tell the full story. Formerly competing as an independent, Wilder has faced tough opposition and weathered one of the most unpredictable early careers in XFA history. Despite two unfortunate last-minute fight cancellations—one at XFA LIVE 02 (due to Timothy Black withdrawing the night of) and another at XFA 01 (when Brandon Selvy was unable to pass medicals)—Wilder stayed ready. When the opportunity arose in February, he jumped into a grappling match with Dylan Dhuivetter the night of XFA LIVE 02 and secured a win.

Now, finally getting the chance to compete in a full MMA bout under the XFA lights, Wilder is hungry for redemption and a chance to silence the doubters.
